from #irc, user is on Foreman 2.4/Katello 4.0

how to stop/start foreman services with an external db? with foreman-maintain service stop/start I get this error:

Displaying the following service(s):                                  [FAIL]
undefined method `enabled?' for RemoteDB(postgresql:candlepin [10]):ForemanMaintain::Utils::Service::RemoteDB
