Description

Couple of improvements on the new CV index page:

1. The content view counter needs to show total count of CVs in the org. Needs a new API endpoint.

2. A related content view field in CV expansion. It should show a count of related CVs so this needs adding an extra count to the current API response.

The count link would open a modal.
