Description of problem:

It would be nice to have a task to delete orphaned content hosts in Foreman. What I mean by orphaned is hosts no longer exist in the associated compute resource. One scenario is hosts got rebuilt frequently in AWS and people have to manually delete the host profiles in Foreman in order to free up the subscriptions. IMO, having a new foreman task to delete orphaned hosts would make people life much easer in this case. For example:

foreman-rake delete_orphaned_hosts
