Generic content units should be uploadable, deletable, and browsable via the API
Description
We would like to retrieve generic content units via an API call, like /katello/api/generic_content_units
We should also be able to view a single generic content unit.
Generic content units be able to be uploaded and deleted from repositories via the API (the UI will probably work here too, but you won't see the unit yet).
Open questions: 1) Should there be a search argument to filter the kind of generic content unit? 2) Would it be possible to have APIs auto-generated for each generic content unit type?
