Description of problem:

Parameters set globally (at parent Host Groups) and then overridden at Host Sub Groups will still give results when searching based on the parent Host Groups' parameters.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Host Group
2. Create a parameter in the Host Group
[params.<parameter> = <value> ]
3. Create a Host Sub Group
4. Override parameter on Host Sub Group, that was set on Host Group
[params.<parameter> = <not_value> ]
5. Use Hosts -> All Hosts and use filter params.<parameter> = <not_value>

Actual results:
No hosts of Host Sub Group selected by filter

Expected results:
All hosts of Sub Group selected by filter

Additional info:
Same applies to Not Equals and similar.
Override seems not to work in this context.
