Description of problem:
Unable to sync repository with global default http proxy set.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
- Katello 4.1

How reproducible:
- Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Http Proxy (Infrastructure > Http Proxies)
2. Set Http proxy in settings (`Default HTTP Proxy`)
3. Enable Redhat repository
4. Try syncing redhat repository

Actual results:
- 407, message='Proxy Authentication Required', url=URL

Expected results:
- Repository synced successfully.
