Description

Currently in the Angular pages, we usually will display a toast notification with a link to the task but don't refresh the page.

Currently with https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/32965 we are now transitioning the user to the task page instead of refreshing the page due to the reasons Justin listed in the PR.

We should when we can refresh the page for a better UI experience, this issue will serve as that for linking up issues.
