Description of problem:
When trying to apply an applicable errata on a host via: 'Content > Errata' the incremental content view that is triggered by default is not being triggered.

Katello 4.2
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make REX on by default in the "Content" settings
2. Apply an applicable (but not installable) erratum
3. See that the CVV is not incrementally updated before jumping into the REX job
