Add facility for injecting additional host identifiers

Description
For pull provider, some clients will prove themselves with a cert with hostname and some with cert with consumer uuid. Since Foreman doesn't know which "name" the proxy will need, it needs to send both. Also since REX does not depend on katello, this needs to be implemented as an extension point so katello can plug in
