Add Unit Tests, Bonus points if we can add tests to verify virt-who config file

Create new config and deploy on dev box and verify it talks to Nutanix host and creates host record after pulling data
Nutanix support has been added into virt-who for RHEL 7.9/8.2/8.3/8.4/8.5

new option that will need to be added:

prism_central=(Set this value to true if you are connecting to Prism Central. Set this value to false if you are connecting to Prism Element)

prism central = vcenter/rhevm prism element = basic
