General UI workflow:
Creating:
1) Go to the ACS index page from the navbar
2) Select "Add source"
3) Go through a wizard to select the ACS type and fill in the options
Updating:
1) Click on an ACS to either pop up an edit modal or go to an editable details page
2) Make edits and hit 'save'
Deleting:
1) Individual or bulk deletes like any other Foreman model
Refreshing:
1) Refresh action on each ACS
