Wizard steps:
1) Choose type
2) Input name and description
3) Select smart proxies
4) Input base url and optional subpaths.
-> The base url and subpaths should autocomplete based on custom synced repositories
5) Input auth credentials (name & password or content credentials from list), HTTP proxy (like repo creation?), and any header info that we deem important
