CDN:

Only input name and description, smart proxies, a product, and HTTP proxy info

RHUI:

Current plan: Only input name and description, smart proxies, JSON config from RHUI, and HTTP proxy info
-> May change based on how RHUI will deliver ACS config

Since RHUI ACSs can be created with the Custom type, and RHUI has not yet provided an uploadable file to import ACS info from, we may be able to just use tooltips to guide the user. Documentation will need to be clear as well.

The CDN (now called simplified) part is done. All that's left to do is to create a new RHUI wizard that uses Custom in the background with extra help text and copy/paste shortcuts.
