We've moved Hostgroup to above Deploy On (CR) in the Host.new form. This has a small side effect for some CR types:

1) Click New Host
2) Select a Hostgroup with a DHCP-enabled subnet set as a default
3) Select an Openstack CR
4) Observe that the Network tab still has a subnet/ip listed (and auto-suggested)

If you do this in the other order, it works

1) Click New Host
2) Select an Openstack CR
3) Select a Hostgroup with a DHCP-enabled subnet set as a default
4) Observe that the Network tab correctly has just Domain as an option

It appears to be that the choice of Hostgroup doesn't reload the Network tab - if you add "(5) select a different Hostgroup" to the first testcase, the Network tab returns to normal.
