Description

Katello should have API, Hammer, and UI support for forcefully deleting a repository and removing it from all published content view versions. In the UI, there should be a warning that shows the user what content view versions are related, and then an option to forcefully remove the repository. In the API, there should be an argument for forcefully removing the repository from related content view versions.
