Add the following to the table action menu:

• Apply via remote execution
• Apply via customized remote execution
• These will join 'Recalculate' which is already there.

• Add the same options to table row action menu.

• All menu items should be functional.

• Add 'Apply via Katello agent' action to table action menu

• Add 'Apply via Katello agent' action to table row action menu

• Table row action should be disabled if the errata is not installable (ie table filtered by Installable)

• Also if the row is not selectable since its not installable generate a link to the errata page that filters by errata id.
