Add macros to retrieve puppet env for a host

Description
There is no way to get host's puppet environment in report templates. The only macro available is host_puppet_environment, but this macro expects host method to return a current host in the template (in other words this will work, but for a different scope). My suggestion is to update host's Jail with proper macros/properties.
