Environment: Foreman 3.0.1, salt 3004

Looking at the function 

autosign_create
in 
lib/smart_proxy_salt/cli.rb
it seems, that at the moment, Foreman will directly add or remove entries in the autosign file, which, as default is located at
/etc/salt/autosign.conf.

Modifying the file permissions so that the foreman-proxy user may write to that file results in salt-master refusing to honor the content:

Nov 29 13:45:20 salt-master[29791]: [WARNING ] Wrong permissions for /etc/salt/autosign.conf, ignoring content
