[RFE] Introduction of GUI based option to be able to bulk select and remove Content View versions

Description
Creating a tracker as this will have 2 components:
1. Update API to support bulk remove
2. Update CV versions UI to support bulk select

- Category set to Content Views
- Triaged changed from No to Yes

Can this be moved to 4.5.0?
