Inconsistent audit information on host detail page and audit log

Description
When I spin up a nightly box (vagrant up centos8-stream-foreman-nightly), a host exists because Puppet has registered it. Then I navigate to the host detail page. There I see 3 entries in the audit log. Then when I click on the All audits link I see two entries. See the attached for more.
This is with foreman-3.2.0-0.3.develop.20220204210046git06489cc.el8.noarch

does the API ("/api/audits?host=<HOST>") return the data correctly?

That does return 3 unique entries (different created_at timestamps, different request_uuid). Would this be a bug in the audits page?
