Description

This ticket spawned from a UX review of our promote/delete version wizards.

The Environment selector used in these modals needs a few updates

- Checkbox for multi-select/Radial for single select
- Ability to collapse or gradually collapse environments after selections are made to see a more compact view
- Display the number of selected environments?
