[zh_CN] Traditional Chinese words instead of Simplified Chinese
Description
Description of problem: Some words are in Traditional Chinese instead of Simplified Chinese language.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Version 3.2.0
How reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Foreman 3.2.0 instance with Chinese language.
2. Navigate to Monitor - Dashboard.
3. Scroll down to "New Hosts" cart, String "Owner" is in Traditional Chinese language.
4. Look for "Task Status" cart, string "No. of Tasks" is in Traditional Chinese language.
Actual results: Strings are in traditional Chinese language.
Expected results: Strings should be in Simplified Chinese language.

This issue has been observed in Foreman 3.3 rc2 build.

This issue has been observed in Foreman 3.4 rc1 build.
Below are locations where issue still exists
1. Monitor - Dashboard.
Scroll down to "New Hosts" cart, String "Owner" is in Traditional Chinese language.
