Description of problem:
Importing or exporting templates from/to git results in SElinux error.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Sat 7 snap 11 on RHEL8.5

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to import/export templates using e.g. API on RHEL8 Satellite

Actual results:
500 ISE or Permission denied fatal: could not set 'core.filemode' to 'true'

Was caused by:
    The boolean domain_can_mmap_files was set incorrectly. 
    Description:
    Allow domain to can mmap files

Allow access by executing:

1. setsebool -P domain_can_mmap_files 1

audit2allow: #============= foreman_rails_t ==============

#!!!! This avc can be allowed using the boolean 'domain_can_mmap_files'
allow foreman_rails_t tmp_t:file map;
allow foreman_rails_t tmp_t:lnk_file { create unlink };

Expected results:
Templates should be exported.

Additional info:
This is working without any issues on RHEL7.
