New host details - Tooltips stop working after using breadcrumb switcher

Description
If you hover over the tooltips for the Content view details card, they work fine on initial page load. But once you switch hosts using the breadcrumb switcher, they stop working.

The issue appears to be fixed as of 8 August 2022
Tooltips behave normally after using the breadcrumb switcher.
