Description of problem: On page Monitor - Report templates page few information strings are not-marked also not-translated.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Version 3.3 RC-2

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Foreman 3.3 instance with French/Japanese/Chinese language.
2. Navigate to Monitor - Report templates page.
3. Click on any item present under "Name" column.
4. Switch between tabs - Template and Inputs (scroll down on same page of tab - Inputs)
5. On Report Template table page, click on "Generate" button, then click on all possible "i" icons

Actual results: Few strings are not not marked and localized

Expected results: String should be marked for translation.
