Description of problem: On page Configure - Puppet Environments popup confirmation box string is not-marked also not-localized.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Version 3.3 RC-2
How reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Foreman 3.3 instance with French/Japanese/Chinese language.
2. Navigate to Configure - Puppet Environments.
3. From Actions dropdown option try to delete Environment, observe the confirmation box string message.
Actual results: confirmation box string message is in English language.
Expected results: confirmation box string message should be marked correctly and localized
