Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Satellite Web UI
2. Open https://satellite.example.com/apidoc
3. Navigate to Simple content access API resources
Actual results:
We don't have API for simple content access status check
Expected results:
Should able to check simple content access status via API: Enable/Disable
