Description of problem:
When creating the process to register a new content host, there is a checkbox "Insecure" that should be disable in order to the content host be able to download the katello-ca-consumer and proceed with the installation. In case the customer be using the self-sign cert, this process will fail.

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create the process and keep insecure unchecked
2. Spin up a new rhel
3. Try to register

Actual results:
It will fail because the process will not be able to download the katello-ca-consumer

Expected results:
Some kind of information on this page, clear to the customer, in order to guarantee that the customer knows what will happen if the Insecure is uncheck and the customer is using self-sign cert
