Description
It would be helpful for the full host boot disk to also list the hostname on the boot menu.
Current behavior:
Foreman Bootdisk
Requested behavior:
Foreman Bootdisk for hostname.example.com
This will help folks with multiple full host images cleanly notice when they are using the wrong image.
