Description of problem:
Sendmail package is not part of RHEL8 Satellite and needs to be configured manually.
Same works fine on EL7.

6.11

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure Satellite 6.11 EL8
2. Sendmail binary is not present in EL8
3.

Actual results:
Sendmail binary is not present in EL8

Expected results:
Sendmail binary should be part of EL8 Satellite and shouldn't need explicit configuration.
