Description of problem: On table Content - Sync Plans, strings under 'Original Sync Date' and 'Next Sync' columns are not marked for translation.

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Foreman 3.4 instance with French/Japanese/Simplified Chinese language.
2. Navigate to Content - Sync Plans page.
3. Look at the value under 'Original Sync Date' and 'Next Sync' columns.

Actual results: Date Time format string are not marked for translation.

Expected results: Date Time format string should marked for translation.
