Description

Description of problem: On table Monitor - Recurring Logics table, column headings and table data strings are not marked.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Version 3.4 RC-1

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Foreman 3.4 instance with French/Japanese/Chinese language.
2. Navigate to Monitor - Recurring Logics page.
3. Look at the strings present on page which are not marked.

Actual results: Column headings and few data present in table are not marked.

Expected results: Strings should marked for translation.
