Description

We need to track Actions::Pulp3::CapsuleContent::ReclaimSpace properly as an allowed action. Failures on that should also get a notification like the capsule sync task since it is one of the actions we display on the page.
However, that action will need to be updated to add a link to smart proxy as related resource. Also some refactoring needed on UI to show error from that task correctly.
