Solve Dependencies does not work
Description
I i create a CV with solve dependencies on and filter out a known dependency the dependency is still missing in the CV.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a cv with a filter for a known dependency
(for example vim depends on ohter vim pakages like vim-tiny etc. Filter out vim-tiny)
2. create new version
Actual results:
filtered dependencies are not added to cv
Expected results:
filtered dependencies are added to cv

Can you tell us which repos are in the content view?
Can you tell us what filters you have and what the include/exclude so we can test this here?
Can you give us the steps to reproduce it here?
