Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create ACS "test_acs"
2. hammer alternate-content-source refresh --name test_acs
3.
Actual results:
Could not refresh the alternate content source:
Error: Found more than one alternate_content_source.
Expected results:
Similar to --id, ACS refresh should work with --name
