Description
It has been decided that Foreman & Katello should use the Patternfly 4 standard search input illustrated here: https://www.patternfly.org/v4/components/search-input#with-submit-button
For reference, see the one in https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/9368.
When https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/9277 is merged, this search input style will become the standard for all Foreman React pages.
1. search icon on left
2. Right-arrow 'Submit' button
3. 'X' clear search button when you've typed text
