Description

If the new report upload via Salt reactor is configured, the cron job which calls upload-salt-reports regularly becomes unnecessary.
In another issue (#35489) which has been fixed, this behavior caused an error already.

Since the report upload via Salt reactor is the superior, the cron job should be declared deprecated and removed from the default installation.
