Description
Refs #33732, #33811
- Host uses the root_pass from Settings->Provisioning->RootPassword
- Using
root_pass in Provisioning Template for Windows host, the password is not encrypted
Expected behaviour: root_pass should return encrypted password.

It's better to use the Related issues (which I just did) because it goes both ways. It's not as fancy as GH which automatically links it up.
