Saving RHUI alternate content source with a malformed Base URL is possible

Description
If a RHUI Base URL is wrong, the UI wizard doesn't stop the user from continuing. This allows the user to eventually enter something that will not work. We need to change it so that the "Next" button will be greyed-out.
