Preseed templates should honour the install-disk host parameter

Description
`install-disk` is already honoured in Kickstart templates, and it would be easy to carry over this feature into the Preseed templates.

As discussed in the PR, this is not actually needed, since the partitioning templates also contain the necessary functionality.
It seems I cannot close the issue myself, but of course it can be closed as WORKSFORME / invalid. Thanks!
I updated the permissions that when you're an author of an issue you can move it to other states when it's in Ready For Testing. I'm not changing the status so you can verify it. Please let me know if you can't, otherwise please close it as Rejected.
