Description

When you remember to set your repository's download-policy to immediate, but then forget to sync it, and you attempt hammer content-export, you get:

[vagrant@centos8-katello-devel-stable hammer-cli-katello]$ hammer repository update --id 3 --download-policy='immediate'
Repository updated.
[vagrant@centos8-katello-devel-stable hammer-cli-katello]$ hammer content-export complete version --id 3
[....................................................................................................................................................] [100%]
Error: Remote artifacts cannot be exported.
undefined method `first' for nil:NilClass

Should look into whether this can be improved from the Katello side.
