Description
Modern systems with only UEFI activated (i.e. no PXE legacy boot) do not respond to:
ipmitool -e ^ -I lanplus -H myhost.ipmi -U ADMIN -P ADMIN chassis bootdev pxe
but require the command:
ipmitool -e ^ -I lanplus -H myhost.ipmi -U ADMIN -P ADMIN chassis bootdev pxe options=efiboot
Foreman's BMC Smart Proxy currently always uses the former and has no possibility to switch to the latter for a given host.
