Description

Add auditing to repository actions to add audit records against all parent CVs. Most of these are foreman tasks other than adding/removing repositories to CV (Audit ContentViewRepository model).

Investigate if we can create an audit record after publication creation, or if we can just audit updates to publication_href.

Also, remember to audit Repository deletion.

Create audit records for all CVs the library repo belongs to.
