Add auditing to filter and filter rule actions to add audit records against the parent CVs. Try adding auditing to the CVFIlter and CVFilterRules models. Might need to override the default audit function for CUD. (ex: https://gist.github.com/sjha4/164a8dd3e29b795b0318f39ba6772d3e)
