Description of problem:
When navigating to the content hosts page on activation keys, Environment and Content Views are not shown on the UI for registered hosts.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.14.0

*How reproducible:*100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register Host with activation keys using non-library/default CV/LCE
2. Navigate to Content -> Activation keys
3. Navigate to Associations -> Content Hosts
4. Verify that Environment an Content View info should be shown for registered hosts.

Actual results: No info is shown on the UI for Environment and Content View(blank fields)

Expected results: Registered host should show its Environment and Content View that was used during registration
