Description

When making a custom ACS, if you are refreshing from the filesystem, it doesn't make any sense to enter things like certificates and keys. We should have a switch in the UI that hides those fields when a use enters file://

I'd even say it's stronger: only show HTTPS credentials for https:// because it's also irrelevant for http://
