Description

The configurable timeout values for content-sync should apply to smart-proxy syncs as well.

Background: we have the case that smart-proxies are connected to Katello over slower networks, thus hitting the default timeout values. Currently, the values that can be set in Settings->Content are not applied to the pulp-remotes on the smart-proxy for synching from the Katello-host.
