1. Proposed title of this feature request : While provisioning the hosts should be registered using the Global Registration Template

3. What is the nature and description of the request?
- Customer is using a clone template of Kickstart default template to provision the host.

4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
- Since katello-ca rpm is deprecated customers concern is it should not be used and the new method i.e. Global Registration Template should be used

5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
- By using the Global Registration Template while provisioning.

6. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.
- By provisioning a host using Kickstart default template.

7. Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?
