Preselect upgradable packages when clicking on installable packages on the hosts page

Description

In the current state, if you click on the "(RPM|DEB) package updates" (4th) button in the "Installable updates" column, and have the new hosts UI enabled, it sends you to the list of all installed packages ( /new/hosts/<hostname>#/Content/packages ).
But it would make more sense to preselect the "Status" "Upgradable".
