Since upgrading from Katello 4.9.0 to 4.9.2 any attempt to edit a host will result in an error message implying that the lifecycle environment is not set.
This does not occur when creating a host - this is only when editing a host after it is created.
According to the GUI, the lifecycle environment is set so the error disagrees with what is displayed in the GUI.
